Return Policy

AT COMPLX, WE HAVE A 45 DAY RETURNS POLICY.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your COMPLX Wear purchase, you can return the item(s) for exchange or refund within 45 days of purchase provided ALL items still have their original tags attached to them.

To return or exchange an item purchased through our online store, the customer must go to our returns portal.

All returns should be in 'as new condition' both unwashed and unworn and, crucially, with the item(s) tags still attached.

Please make your return via post in return for store credit. We are unable to issue a refund for items purchased in store, and returned via post.

The customer will be notified via email once their refund/change has taken place.

Faulty items:

Should you believe an item purchased from Complx Wear to be faulty, please get in touch with us.

Items deemed to be truthfully faulty by our team will be fully refunded, or a replacement will be offered where available. Items deemed not to be faulty will be returned to the customer.
